How we price
Per location, not per stylist.
We don't charge per-stylist seat fees. A salon with two stylists pays the same base tier as a salon with twelve. Multi-location stylists count once.
SMS quota is the natural metering knob — it scales with how aggressive your marketing automation is, not with how many people work the floor. The Growth Suite tier (4,000 SMS/mo) covers a typical 5-location operator running every workflow at full automation.
Enterprise tier is for operators with 10+ locations, white-label needs, or custom-integration scope. The base price is published; only the custom-integration scope is negotiated separately.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You connect Bella to your POS and run every workflow in test mode so you can review what would send before anything goes live.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose paid-for credits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves two months — pay for ten, get twelve.
What's included in the Joanna AI Voice add-on?
500 voice minutes and 1,000 SMS per month for AI receptionist + Anna Jo SMS booking. Joanna books into Zenoti or SalonUltimate directly. The add-on pairs with any base tier from Reputation Pro (Tier 1, $79) upward, for a combined $478/mo minimum.
What if I go over my SMS quota?
Overage is billed at cost-plus pricing per segment, with a soft cap that alerts the location manager before any unexpected charge. No silent overage billing.
