How does the survey and review flow work?
After checkout, Bella texts a one-tap survey link. A 1 or 2 star rating stays internal for urgent manager recovery. A 3 star rating also stays internal because that guest is usually not ready for Google. A 4 or 5 star rating opens the Google review path so happy guests can help the salon win the next customer.
What do you need to launch reviews?
Each location needs a public location code, the Google review link, a booking link if one exists, the manager contact, phone number, timezone, and the guest consent rules you want enforced. You can provide those details during setup, and they can be changed later in settings.
