Do I have to replace Zenoti to use Bella?
No. Bella is designed to layer on top of Zenoti as the system of record. You keep your POS, your guest data, and your reporting. Bella reads from Zenoti and writes appointments, payroll entries, and review triggers back to it.
Does Bella support multiple Zenoti centers?
Yes. Each center connects independently with its own API credentials. Bella treats each center as a distinct location for routing, payroll, marketing cooldowns, and analytics.
What happens if a guest opts out of SMS in Zenoti?
Bella honors the Zenoti opt-out flag on every send. Bella also maintains its own suppression list for opts received via SMS, the review funnel, or manager flag — and unions the two so a guest never receives a message after any opt-out.
How fast is the data sync?
Inbound calls and bookings flow in seconds. Backfills and bulk sync run on a per-tenant schedule (typically every 5-15 minutes depending on workflow). Critical paths like Joanna booking are realtime.
